River Walk Consulting
We support organizations through tailored learning and development strategies, and individuals through
conscious living and leadership coaching — because growth flows best when it’s aligned at every level.
At River Walk Consulting, we bridge operational learning and personal transformation — helping teams thrive
through L&D, and people lead with presence through conscious coaching.
About
Founder Bio – Grounded, Soulful, and Growing
I’m the founder of River Walk Consulting, a practice that blends operational clarity, learning and
development strategy, and conscious living coaching to help individuals and organizations grow in
flow —
with purpose and presence.
With nearly a decade of experience in operations, systems, and organizational efficiency, I’ve
supported
mission-driven teams in building stronger structures, more aligned processes, and thoughtful
solutions that
make work more human and more effective. My approach is grounded in simplicity, intentionality, and
impact —
and I believe learning and growth should feel as connected as they are strategic.
My work has recently expanded to include conscious living and leadership coaching, where I support
individuals — especially women and working parents — in realigning their lives, work, and values.
Through
this integrative approach, I help clients shift out of survival mode and into more spacious,
self-aware, and
meaningful ways of living and leading.
River Walk Consulting was created to hold both: the practical clarity that systems need, and the
deep
presence that people crave. Because I believe real growth flows best when we honor the inner and
outer work
it takes to get there.
